General Regional Rules

  • If content includes ad blacks, please place break point in the middle of the black segment

  • No ad breaks to be scheduled at the END of a show, they should be placed DURING content time
  • For Television content:
  • Please include original broadcast Ad Breakpoints if available
    • If no Ad Breakpoints exist, please follow the following formula:
    • 30 Minute Shows:
      • Beginning (After Show Intro)
      • Middle
      • End (Pre Credit Roll)
    • 60 Minute Shows:
      • Beginning (After Show Intro)
      • Between minutes 10 - 12
      • Between minutes 19 - 22
      • Between minutes 29 - 32
      • End (Pre Credit Roll)
  • Unique Film Rules:
  • 1 Ad Breakpoint placed every 10 - 12 minutes worth of content
  • Ad Breakpoints must be spaced a minimum of 7 minutes apart

Ad Break point Creation Guidelines

First Ad Break point can be placed after the first 10-12 minutes of content.
