Training requests should align with business needs and personal development objectives identified through the review process. Approval and budget allocation are managed by line managers in line with company priorities and available resources.

External Mentoring and Development Programmes

Where suitable and beneficial, FooEngine supports access to external mentoring, coaching, or professional development programmes. These may be considered when:

  • Specialist expertise is required that is not available internally
  • Employees are transitioning into new roles or leadership responsibilities
  • External perspectives would add measurable value to individual or organisational development

Participation in external programmes will be agreed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring relevance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with FooEngine's values and objectives.
