Ingesting MO's

Things You'll Need:

  • ZooDigital Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel or Alternate
  • GCP - fe-arn-euw2-incoming
  • Airtable - pluto_zoo_nent_v20220616
  • Airtable - Arnold
  • Slack - arnold-notifications

Once you've downloaded the media order excel spreadsheet from the email clean up the filename and associated Media Order ID within the file. This is a good time to scan through the MO to ensure everything is as expected.

Once this pre-QC has completed follow the below video:

Loom recording

  • Step 1 - Filename and Associated Media Order ID clean up
  • Step 2 - Checking Title, Season, Episodes, Region and Other ID's
  • Step 3 - Drag & Drop into GCP bucket
  • Step 4 - Awaiting Successful Ingest (Arnold AT & Slack Notification)
  • Step 5 - 'Ready' & 'Pending' Status changes

Notes: The ID's in the Other column are vital for the automations to sync correctly.
