Salary

Salary Payments

Employees

• Salaries are paid monthly, in arrears
• Payment is made on or around the last working Friday of each month
• Salary is paid directly to your nominated bank account

If the scheduled pay date falls on a bank holiday, payment will usually be made on the preceding working day.

Contractors

• Contractors must submit a monthly invoice before payment can be made
• Invoices should be submitted to accounts@fooengine.com
• Invoices should normally be submitted by the final working day of the month
• Late invoices may be paid in the following payment cycle

Invoices must:

• Be addressed to the FooEngine entity named in your contract
• Include a line item for services provided
• Include a separate line item for expenses, where applicable

Changes to Bank Details

If you change your bank details, you must:

• Update your details in the HR system (where applicable), and
• Notify accounts@fooengine.com directly

HR, accounting, and banking systems are not fully integrated, so direct notification is required to avoid payment delays.

Salary Reviews & Increases

Inflationary Adjustments

FooEngine may apply periodic inflationary salary adjustments, typically reviewed annually.

• Inflationary increases are not guaranteed
• Any adjustment is subject to business performance and discretion.
• Any increase will be confirmed in writing before taking effect

Performance-Based Increases

Performance-related salary increases:

• Are discretionary
• Are not automatic or guaranteed
• Are considered as part of periodic performance and compensation reviews
• Are based on both personal and business performance.

Details of the current review process will be communicated where applicable.

Salary Advances

In exceptional circumstances, employees may request a salary advance.

Repayment terms will be agreed in advance.

• Advances are discretionary
• Any approved advance will be documented in writing
