Raising Concerns

If you believe you have experienced discrimination or unequal treatment, you may raise this confidentially through:

Complaints relating to bullying or harassment are also covered under the Dignity & Respect at Work Policy.

All concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

Breaches

Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal for gross misconduct.

Some discriminatory behaviour, including harassment, may also constitute a criminal offence.

Training and Development

FooEngine aims to provide fair access to training, development and progression opportunities so employees can reach their full potential.

Where appropriate, FooEngine may monitor workforce diversity to help:
