Pool Task

A "Pool Task" is a task that needs a resource assigning before it can be worked on. This is where you will go to find any pending QC task.

To work on a task you first need to assign it to yourself. Click the icon in the Assign yourself column.

This will then enable the icon in the Open toolkit column as well as the Reassign task option.

You'll need to re-assign it to someone else if you want a second opinion on something, as unfortunately if something is assigned no one else can get in it.

You can either select someone specific, or select not assigned which will enable anyone to pick it up.
