Nationality
Passport, ID, or right-to-work information (where required by law)

Emergency & Welfare Information¶

Next of kin details
Emergency contact information
Limited health information, where necessary to protect your vital interests

Profile photo
Website or social media links (e.g. LinkedIn) where you choose to provide them

Why do we collect this data?¶

Where is my data stored?¶

Where possible, FooEngine stores personal data within the UK or EEA.

Where data is processed outside the UK/EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

FooEngine uses reputable third-party platforms for email, document management, payroll, device management, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure. Each supplier is assessed to ensure appropriate data protection standards.
