Understanding LGBTQIA+¶
LGBTQIA+ is a commonly used abbreviation referring to people whose sexual orientation or gender identity differs from traditional norms.
People's identities and experiences are personal. Employees are free to choose whether, when and how much they wish to share about their identity at work. No assumptions should be made about any colleague's personal life or identity.

Zero Tolerance for Discrimination¶
