Our people policies are designed to provide clarity on how we operate, what you can expect from the company, and what the company expects in return.
If any policy is unclear, outdated, or could be improved, we encourage you to raise this with your manager or a member of the leadership team. We treat policies as living documents and welcome constructive feedback.
In all cases, your statutory rights in your country of employment are fully respected. Each policy includes a FooEngine-wide position that applies to everyone, alongside any relevant country-specific information.
